Role Description
Yolk is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Insolvency Solicitor to join a dynamic and supportive team in Reading. They seek a motivated and proactive individual with a minimum of 1 year of qualification experience.

This is what you will be doing:
As an Insolvency Solicitor, you will

* Manage and progress your own caseload with the supervision of the Partner.
* Handle a diverse range of insolvency and corporate recovery matters, primarily for Insolvency Practitioners but also for lenders and private individuals.
* Engage in contentious and non-contentious insolvency cases (corporate and personal).
* Provide supervisory assistance to junior team members.
* Attend and contribute to business development events.
* Work effectively under time-sensitive conditions.

What you will need for this job as an Insolvency Solicitor:

You will need working experience as an insolvency solicitor or in a similar role to excel in this role. Ideally, you will have experience with most of the following:

* Prior experience in Insolvency & Corporate Recovery work.
* Advocacy experience is preferable.
* Strong negotiating skills.
* Ability to work independently when necessary.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Effective team player.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess excellent keyboard skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
* A client following is desirable but not essential.
