What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Quality Manager, your role will encompass overseeing the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), based on ISO 9001 standards, ensuring seamless operations across all departments. You’ll be responsible for staying ahead of legislative changes, ensuring compliance at every stage, and driving the internal audit process to identify areas for improvement. Your role will also include hands-on inspections of ongoing projects, reviewing supplier and subcontractor quality metrics, and supporting teams in addressing non-conformances.

You will collaborate closely with the supply chain team, delivering actionable insights on supplier performance, while playing a pivotal role in corrective action management to mitigate risk and enhance overall quality. Ultimately, you’ll ensure that quality standards not only meet regulatory requirements but also exceed client and internal expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the management and administration of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) across the company.

* Ensure ongoing compliance with both new and existing legislation related to quality, health, safety, and the environment.

* Conduct thorough internal audits and provide on-site and project-based quality inspections to uphold quality standards.

* Investigate complaints and non-conformances in coordination with relevant teams, presenting findings during audits.

* Assess and monitor suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with the company’s QMS.

* Review and report on corrective actions, non-conformity resolutions, and overall quality improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in driving quality improvements, particularly within manufacturing or engineering environments.

* A deep understanding of business operations, with a solid grasp of quality control principles and financial implications.

* Outstanding problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills.

* Strong communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally and presenting findings effectively.

* Ability to remain composed under pressure while applying critical thinking to resolve challenges.

* Experience with ISO 9001 standards and a track record of conducting successful internal audits.
