Job Title: HSE Manager

Location: Buckinghamshire

Salary: £75k DOE with Bonus and Healthcare.

Overview: Looking for a driven and experienced HSE Manager to join a market leading business on a complex manufacturing site.

The Candidate/Experience Required:

* Working knowledge and experience of UK HSE within food or FMCG manufacturing.

* Ideally you will have NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent in occupational Health & Safety.

* Management systems experience and auditing – e.g. ISO14001, ISO45001

* Experience leading internal audits and liaising with external regulatory bodies.

* Environmental understanding and qualifications, i.e. IEMA.

* Ability to communicate with stakeholders across all functions, at all levels of the business and within the local community.

* Inspire and develop your direct reports.

The Role/Responsibilities:

* Advising, guiding and coaching site teams, a total of 90 people on all matters relating to environment, health & safety.

* Promoting the best health, safety, and environment culture and collaborating globally on best practice.

* Providing regular proactive communications to key stakeholders on HSE best practice and initiatives.

* Supporting the investigation of accidents and incidents, and ensuring sustainable actions follow any identified corrective or preventative opportunities
