Key Responsibilities:
Ownership of Email & SMS channels
End-to-end management of campaign production, execution, reporting, and optimisation.
Customer journey mapping
Performance tracking & reporting
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with internal teams to create a seamless customer experience
Ensure responsible handling of customer data in line with GDPR and best practices. Skills & Experience:
Proven track record in CRM, engagement, and retention
Experience using email distribution tools
Self-sufficient in building automated workflows.
Strong skills in content planning, copywriting, and proofreading
Understanding of GDPR and best practices for customer data management.
