We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will primarily focus on managing and optimizing our email marketing campaigns to increase conversions, creating engaging webpage design and implementing best practice structure, and implementing strategies to increase conversions across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, strong analytical skills, proven experience in driving conversion through email marketing, web design, and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including social media, email, search engine marketing, and display advertising

* Work closely with SEO Exec to optimize website content to improve search engine ranking and user experience

* Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase followers and engagement

* Produce engaging and effective marketing content including online videos, emails and website content

* Develop and manage email and direct mail marketing campaigns to generate leads and improve customer retention

* Analyse and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve results

* Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and make recommendations for new tools and techniques to improve results

* Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals

* Liaise directly with development team - Producing detailed webpage/email spec for development team

About You

* Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

* 3+ years of experience in digital marketing

* Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and technologies, such as Google Analytics, SEO, and social media platforms

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Strong copy writing skills

* Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

* Experience with website optimization

* Eye for creativity

* Strategic Mindset and strong problem solving abilities

* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects

* Ideally experience working with an online business
