Zachary Daniels partnering with a Fine/High Jewellery Brand, looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead the boutique, delivering operational excellence and setting the standard for luxury retail.

Your Role

As the Store Manager, you will act as the custodian of our brand's values and reputation. You will:

Leadership & Team Development:
Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric culture.
Exceptional Client Experience:
Create a world-class shopping journey by ensuring every client interaction reflects the brand's prestige, from personalized consultations to after-sales service.
Business Acumen:
Drive sales growth through effective management of KPIs, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue.
Store Operations:
Oversee day-to-day operations, including visual merchandising, stock control, compliance, and ensuring the boutique adheres to the highest standards of presentation and functionality.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, leveraging CRM tools to grow the boutique's VIP clientele and ensuring brand loyalty.
Collaboration:
Partner with the department store's management and our corporate headquarters to align with marketing initiatives, brand events, and seasonal campaigns.

What We're Looking For

We are searching for a leader with a passion for luxury retail and fine jewellery, along with:

Proven Retail Leadership Experience:
A track record of managing luxury or premium retail environments, ideally within fine jewellery, watches, or fashion.
Sales & Service Excellence:
Strong ability to inspire a team to achieve sales targets while maintaining an exceptional standard of client service.
Knowledge of Luxury Goods:
Familiarity with high-value transactions and the unique needs of a luxury clientele.
Outstanding Communication Skills:
Confident, articulate, and able to build trust and rapport with clients and team members alike.
Business Savvy:
Strong numerical, organizational, and strategic planning skills, with a focus on driving results.
Adaptability:
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile retail environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility.
