Spencer Clarke Group is recruiting for a Staff Nurse RMN in the West Midlands.

You will care for patients with acute mental health needs who are admitted to us for assessment and treatment.

Role Responsibilities:

Assess and manage risks to patient safety, ensuring the environment is conducive to therapeutic interventions and patient well-being.
Conduct mental health assessments to determine the needs of patients and contribute to the development of care plans.
Be prepared to respond effectively in crisis situations, de-escalating challenging behaviours and ensuring the safety of both patients and staff.
Work closely with a diverse MDT to create and implement individual care plans, ensuring holistic support for patients.Essential Requirements:
