Description
Provide guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
Implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.
Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.Profile
A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
A degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven work experience in the property industry.
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
Proficient in HR systems and databases.
Strong decision-making skills.

An annual salary of £36,000 to £41,500, along with a bonus and additional benefits.
