We are working with a leading contractor who is looking for an experienced No.1 Site Manager to oversee a large-scale new build housing project in West London. This is a 3-month contract with a strong potential for extension.

The Role:

Overseeing subcontractors and site teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
Liaising with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to maintain progress.
Handling site logistics, budgets, and schedules to meet key deadlines.
Troubleshooting and implementing solutions to any on-site challenges.
Must have experience in new build housing as a no1 Site Manager
