I am currently recruiting a site supervisor for a new civils scheme being delivered in Norfolk. My client are a leading civil engineering contractor who deliver projects ranging from infrastructure to health care. The successful candidate will have a background and experience within civils, earthworks or utilities.

Site supervisor responsibilities:

* Working alongside site manager.

* Site supervision.

* Tool box talks.

* Plant & machinery inspections.

* Putting labour to work.

* Record keeping.

* Ensuring health & safety compliance.

Site supervisor requirements:

* Right to work in the UK.

* NVQ level 3 (Minimum).

* Gold/ Black CSCS card.

* SSSTS/SMSTS.

* First aid.

* Cat & Genny.

* Experience with plant.

* Full UK driving licence.
