Our client are one of the UK’s most established and respected housebuilders and under new leadership, are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Site Manager to lead the construction of a new 100-unit traditional build housing development near Chichester.

**About the Role:**
As Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of this significant development, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing all aspects of construction, from groundworks to completion.
* Manage and mentoring the in house Assistant Site Manager and other directly employed personnel
* Managing a team of subcontractors and ensuring effective communication and coordination.
* Maintaining high health and safety standards on site, adhering to all relevant legislation.
* Ensuring compliance with building regulations and the companies quality standards.
* Producing accurate progress reports and managing site budgets effectively.
* Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, and local authorities.
* Contributing to the overall success of the team.
**About You:**
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on similar sized traditional build housing projects.
* A valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card.
* Excellent knowledge of building regulations and health and safety legislation.
* Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and problem-solving approach.
* A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
