Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for a Project Support Officer to be engaged on a permanent basis, to be located in Warrington offering hybrid working.

Responsibilities:

Manage flow of documents in either soft or hard copy
Ensure management of project documentation in accordance with established procedures and/or standards (documents numbering, formats, issuance, review, dispatch, recording and archiving)
Maintain and manage electronic and hard copy documents
Ensure control and coordination of client documentation and data
Ensure all documentation are correctly identified, distributed and filed/stored in accordance with the client Document Control Process
General document control activities to ensure compliance with client standards and all other aspects related to document quality
Communicate and liaise with Programme Teams, Suppliers/3rd parties to agree standards, systems, efficient flow of documentation, handover and close-out of activity to ensure consistency
Produce internal and external reports as required
Ensuring the use of standardised forms and templatesExperience:

Experience in the use of a relevant document control system
Experience of maintaining a Master Document Register on a project in a classified environment
Fully conversant with MS OfficeWhy We're Different:
