Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with company goals.

* Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, and job evaluations to maintain competitive pay structures.

* Manage employee benefits programs, including pensions, health insurance, and other perks.

* Oversee payroll-related processes in collaboration with finance and HR teams.

* Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.

* Support the design of incentive schemes, bonuses, and performance-based rewards.

* Provide guidance to employees on compensation structures, benefits, and policies.

* Collaborate with leadership to enhance employee satisfaction and retention through effective reward programs.

What We’re Looking For

* 5+ years of experience in compensation & benefits or a related HR role.

* Previous experience in IT, tech, or digital companies is a plus.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret salary data and market trends.

* Solid understanding of UK labor laws and compensation regulations.

* Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a strategic approach.
