Site Manager - Altrincham- Job Centre Plus

We are recruiting for the role of site manager to work four nights a week on behalf of a contractor who are overseeing Critical Security Infrastructure Projects( CSI ) at various Job Centre projects across the UK .

The project you would be managing starts on the 05th September , lasts for 6 weeks and is located at Altrincham Jobcentre Plus . The contractor has a strong work stream onwards of this year and going into 2025, and it's therefore likely that the site manager will have further projects to work on after the Altrincham project.

Responsible for overseeing the following :

●Replacement of automated access control door (AEGIS-AMAG)

●Installation of Video surveillance System (VVS)

●Intruder detection system (IDS) signalling device upgrade with connectivity

●Primary and secondary electrical containment installation

●Overseeing subcontractors (cabling, decorating, electrical,)

●managing health and safety, - PPE, system if work, signing of RAMS, inductions, ladder inspections etc

●Daily site diary log, Daily work task management

●Weekly progress reporting and programme update with look ahead

●As build markups and drawing management

●Overseeing fire stopping

Site managers will need valid SMSTS , CSCS and First Aid, PASMA and Asbestos Awareness certificates .

Shifts are 4pm to 2am , Monday to Thursday.
