Night Concierge

9pm to 7am, 4 nights on 4nights off

£25,000 per annum

Our client is recruiting for a Night Concierge to join their team at a well-established residential property in St John’s Wood. You will work on your own on the night shift in the lobby at reception taking responsibility for security checks, access control and generally being ready and available for residents to assist with luggage or shopping. Also, to handle any reactive maintenance issues in the night such as leaks or passenger lift failure, thereby investigating and reporting faults to the service contractors for the building and updating the daytime staff the next day. You will be required to build strong working relationships with residents, guests, external contractors and colleagues, conduct regular site inspections, and help to ensure the safety of all residents, guest and staff at the development. The ideal candidate will have significant experience gained within a similar role, previous experience of delivering excellent customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a good understanding of Health and Safety processes
