We have a very exciting new HR Advisor role working for our South Gloucestershire based client.
Reporting into the HR Business Partner duties will include:
Responsibilities
* Handling a variety of HR related queries, providing commercial and pragmatic HR advice
* Developing strong business relationships with stakeholders, supporting and coaching as required
* Managing a range of ER cases e.g. wellbeing, absence management, contract queries, disciplinaries, grievances, capability, redundancy/restructuring, family friendly policies etc.
* Facilitating training sessions to upskill managers
* Helping to embed company values
* Contributing to ad hoc HR projects as required.
* Reviewing policies, making recommendations for improvement
* Creating, interpreting and monitoring HR metrics
The person
* CIPD qualified or working towards
* Previous HR Advisor experience
* Confident in providing commercial and pragmatic HR advice
* Excellent relationship building and communication skills
* Hands on, operational HR experience
* Keeps up to date with employment legislation and HR best practice and trends
* Positive, proactive, and collaborative team player who is also comfortable working autonomously
* Strong IT skills
* UK driving licence
Salary
£30,000 - £35,000 plus excellent benefits
