Learning Disability Support Worker – Bishop Auckland, Perm Role

We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Learning Disability Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting adults with learning disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to help individuals build essential life and work skills, enabling them to lead active and inclusive lives in their community.
Key Details:
Location: Bishop Auckland area.
Salary: £22,369 per annum (£11.63 per hour).
Hours: Full-time, operating Monday–Thursday (8:30–16:30) and Friday (8:30–16:00).The Role:

You will work with groups of 8–10 adults, planning and delivering engaging sessions both at day centres and off-site locations. Activities are designed to develop clients' life and work skills while encouraging community participation and inclusion.
