Key Responsibilities:
Fabric Maintenance and void repairs to residential buildings across the Fareham area. Work streams consist of void work as well as Kitchen, Bathroom and Wet room upgrades for tenanted properties.

* Fit & Fix Mortice Latch and Lock set

* Door Hanging, Door Lining and Rebated frame work

* All aspects of kitchen installation

Skills and Qualifications:

* NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry

* Competent in 2 other trades

* 2 – 5 yrs. experience of working in Social Housing or Building Maintenance environment.
