Your Responsibilities
* Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the onsite maintenance team, ensuring skill development and optimal performance
* Oversee scheduled maintenance and reactive repairs to ensure tasks meet quality standards
* Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure work aligns with safety and operational guidelines
* Act as a primary contact for both internal stakeholders and external clients, fostering clear communication
* Ensure all operations comply with health and safety standards, driving best practices across the site
What We’re Looking For
* HVAP Qualification (current or prior) is essential
* Solid background in data centre or critical site environments
* Strong leadership, communication, and team-motivation skills
* Proactive in identifying and addressing issues with effective, practical solutions
* Well-versed in health and safety regulations relevant to critical environments
