Your Role:

As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality building consultancy services. Your responsibilities will include:

* Dilapidations, party walls, and lease covenants.

* Maintenance schedules and cost assessments.

* Project Management and contract administration on alterations, refurbishments, and decoration projects.

* Contribute to architectural design and structural engineering.
