You will be joining an award winning leading FMCG fragrance and toiletries brand based in Harrow, West London. The company is dynamic, fast paced and team-work driven and have a presence in UK and international markets and continues to grow. You will have the opportunity to develop your career in Consumer Goods and in particular in the Fragrance, Cosmetics & Toiletries Industry (Maternity Cover).
Salary Circa £25k per annum dependent on experience with hybrid working as appropriate. Plus discretionary bonus, pension and company events. This is an initial 9 month Maternity Cover role.
The successful candidate will have the ability to adapt to the project briefs, be conceptual and follow creative direction along with project management. You'll be used to taking on projects from the beginning and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You'll have advanced knowledge of Creative Suite, be excellent at setting up artwork files and managing multiple projects.Reporting to and working very closely with the Head of Design & NPD, you will manage multiple projects through the project life cycle including scheduling and tracking a project plan.
The Role:
-Project managing briefs and internal expectations.
-Designing packaging for all current products and new product development
-Consistently coming up with original, creative ideas and taking them from concept to finished product
-Build pitch decks for the sales teams and distributors
-Deliver ecommerce assets including web banners, newsletters, product & lifestyle shots
-Creatively build web banners and social design for external online partners
-Deliver large scale print from advertising campaigns to exhibition stands
-Product and lifestyle shot re-touching
-Multimedia design for all social media channels
-Create content tailored to specific channels including Real-time design
-Collating conceptual mood board experiences
-Executing both large and small creative briefs to a high standard
-Presenting and pitching ideas to stakeholders
YOU:
-Degree in creative design
-Ideally 1-2 years of packaging creative design
-Excellent organizational skills
-High attention to detail
-Resource planning and excellent time management
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
-Great communication and interpersonal skills.
-The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-In depth knowledge of creative suite
