We are seeking a proactive and organised Facilities Lead to join our clients team in Sale. In this role you’ll ensure that the premises provide a professional atmosphere for customers, visitors and staff while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, managing building access and overseeing incoming and outgoing mail.
Manage the delivery, budgets and expenses related to soft services, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, managing agents, suppliers and contractors to address issues and improve services.
Develop and implement service schedules and procedures for consistent and effective operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, risk assessments, and maintaining building health and safety standards.
Oversee site changes, including fit-outs, building improvements, emergency repairs, and office moves.
Maintain accurate records of FM contract obligations, planned maintenance, and lifecycle works.
Write, review, and implement policies and procedures relating to health and safety.What We're Looking For
IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is essential.
Experience in facilities management, particularly in ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
A collaborative approach to supplier and stakeholder management.
Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions.What We Offer
Salary £32,500 - £37,500 DOE
5 hrs, Monday – Friday
