Job Title: Tutor with SEN Experience

Temporary, Part-Time
Salary:
£20 - £30 per hour
Job Duties:
Provide tailored support and tuition to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
Implement strategies to help students overcome learning barriers
Assess and monitor student progress regularly
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
Experience working with students with SEN
Understanding of different learning styles and needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Relevant qualification in Education or Special Education
Experience:
Prior experience working as a tutor or teacher with students with SEN
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of SEN laws and regulations
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional qualifications in Special Education
Training in specific learning interventions for SEN students
Working Conditions:
Part-Time hours
Work may involve travel to different locations within Surrey

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
