Hours: 40 hours per week
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will oversee and coordinate the activities of your team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the operation.
Your Tasks
* Leading and managing and team to achieve and exceed SLAs
* Distributing work orders and ensuring the workload of the employees
* Steering, coordinating, and implementing processes as well as planning the daily business activities
* First point of contact for all process and technical faults and forwarding of reports to the involved departments
* Identifying issues or problems and initiating corrective measures and success control
* Ensuring SLA compliance
* Working in the SAP system
* Participating in resource planning (staff and infrastructure)
* Creating and evaluating reports
* Ensuring the quality and service level specifications
* People management activities
Your Profile
* Experience of working with computerised systems
* Experience and understanding of working in a temperature-controlled environment an advantage
* Able to demonstrate reliability, good time management and organisation skills
* Good written and verbal communication.
* Good numerical skills and record keeping skills.
* Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
* Show the ability to take ownership of an issue, seeing it through from start to finish in a professional manner.
* Strong customer focus.
