This fantastic role for an Account Manager is working with clients to provide advice and support, helping them to resolve any issues they may have.

This position requires strong customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to think critically and problem solve. As a Customer Service Exec, you must be able to build trust and rapport with clients and have a solid understanding of relevant products and services provided

The Opportunity-

To ensure that clients receive the highest quality of service and support. This involves providing a personalised experience for clients, resolving their issues quickly and efficiently, and advocating for their needs and interests. You will be responsible for providing superior customer service, promoting products and services, and delivering an exceptional experience to all clients. They also provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction and product/service quality.

Duties

* Identify needs and provide assistance in addressing them

* Facilitate access to services and resources

* Work in partnership with other internal stakeholders to ensure client needs are met

* Provide referrals to other resources

* Document information and maintain accurate records

* Participate in regular supervision, training and meetings

* Conduct regular review meetings with clients

* Contract renewals and service upsell & cross-sell

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Key skills include:

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to listen and empathize with clients

* Ability to think critically and problem-solve

* Ability to work independently and in collaboration with colleagues

* Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

About you -

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Proven customer service/account manager experience within a commercial office environment

* Knowledge of legal and social services ideal but not essential

* Ability to work with diverse individuals and communities

* Organisational and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently
