This is a fantastic opportunity for a Secretary or Legal Secretary looking to join a supportive, team-focused environment, easily accessible from Peterborough and Huntingdon, with free parking provided.

The Role:

We are seeking a Secretary who is proactive, versatile, and eager to help across a variety of tasks. While legal experience is preferred, the most important qualities are a strong background in secretarial work, experience in a professional firm, and a positive, can-do attitude.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing secretarial support, often remotely, to other offices within the firm.

* Assisting with data entry, file management, and other administrative tasks.

* Being adaptable and ready to jump in wherever needed – whether it’s secretarial work or supporting other tasks – your proactive mindset will make a real difference!

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and copy typing is essential (audio typing experience is a plus).
