Geography Teacher - Full Time, Long-Term Role

Start Date: Immediate or after Easter
Contract Type: Full Time, Long-Term (Until the end of the academic year with potential for a permanent contract)

Veritas Education is excited to be working with a highly respected partner school to recruit a passionate and dedicated Geography Teacher. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled teacher to join a supportive school environment and make a real impact on students' learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and dynamic Geography lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that cater to the diverse needs of students.
Prepare, mark, and provide constructive feedback on student work.
Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and contribute to a positive school culture.
Support students' personal, academic, and social development.The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong subject knowledge in Geography with a passion for teaching and inspiring students.
Previous experience in teaching Geography at secondary school level is preferred.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals.
