NonStop Care is currently working with a well established authority on the Outskirts of West London who are looking for an experienced social worker to be a Practice Improvement Mentor within their service.

They offer the opportunity to work from home, giving you the opportunity to travel less and spend more time working on your caseload which will lead to greater job satisfaction

Responsibilities:

Supporting practitioners from all services improve their practice. The role involves working alongside Social Workers and practitioners improve their use of tools such as Case Summary; Chronology; direct work with children; writing to children; helping to develop plans and planning; support and challenge for good analytical assessments that inform the plan
