Senior IT Engineer

£30,000 - £40,000

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking technologies.
Provide escalation support to the 1st and 2nd Line teams.
Implement effective solutions to recurring IT issues and document best practices.
Support client IT infrastructure, both remotely and on-site, ensuring minimal downtime.
Stay up to date with the latest security threats and implement proactive measures to safeguard systems.
Collaborate with corporate IT teams and vendors on advanced technical projects.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the team.Requirements:

Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking infrastructure.
Proven experience in troubleshooting complex IT issues.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, ITIL Foundation) are highly desirable.
