? The Opportunity This is more than just a helpdesk role. You’ll be:

Managing and resolving IT support tickets for a team of 65 users

*

Troubleshooting issues within bespoke internal systems used by brokers

*

Supporting small-scale projects and IT process improvements

*

Liaising with an outsourced IT provider to ensure seamless resolution of complex queries

*

Driving efficiency and proactively escalating aged tickets

? Location & Working Hours

*

Hybrid working: Mondays and Thursdays from the Milton Keynes office; the rest remote

*

Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

? About You You could be a perfect fit if you:

Have experience in a service desk, IT support or helpdesk role

*

Are confident troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

*

Stay organised and calm under pressure

*

Are a strong communicator who can manage multiple mini-projects and tech queries

You might also have:

*

Worked with outsourced IT providers

*

Experience in financial services or similar regulated sectors

*

IT qualifications (CompTIA, ITIL, etc.)
