Working hours: 7:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Sales Assistant – Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and share product knowledge
Process sales enquiries and orders accurately
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Source non-stock products when needed
Follow up on quotations and close sales
Maximise sales through upselling and cross-selling
Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
Sales Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
Hire Trade experience is essential
Confident communicator with the ability to think on your feet
Team player with great interpersonal skills
Motivated, friendly, and reliable
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Computer literate
Flexible work ethic with great attention to detail
