Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2, or a recent placement in KS2 for ECTs.
• A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• An enthusiastic, proactive attitude and a desire to engage with a collaborative teaching team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment to meet the diverse needs of all students.
• Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
• Encourage positive behaviour management and maintain high expectations.
• Participate actively in school activities, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development.
