An award winning main contractor is actively looking for a project manager to manage their structural project in Preston. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of a multi storey project in Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a major infrastructure project and showcase your expertise in project management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Following program and budget
* Liaising with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the construction process.
* Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed on project milestones and challenges.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with experience managing multi-storey car parks highly beneficial .
* Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team of professionals.
* Dealing with the client and the scope of works
* Ability to develop and execute project plans, adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
* Previous experience with 3-level multi-storey car park construction projects is highly desirable.
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or trade background.
* Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
