Our client is a leadiing and established player insurance firm with ambitous growth plans for 2024 and 2025. As a consequence there is need for additional headcount on their Enterprise Risk Managemenr Team (ERM) for a Senior ERM Risk Analyst.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in ERM within non-life insurance markets, including proficiency in OSRA assessments as per Solvency II regulations
THE ROLE: Senior Risk Analyst Insurance
The purpose of this role is to support the Enterprise Risk Management team in the development and maintenance of an effective risk management framework across the expanding organisation whilst ensuring a culture of risk awareness is embedded. This will be a varied role and areas of focus will shift over time dependent on current business needs and the external risk environment.
* Responsible for aiding the ERM Risk Manager in developing and integrating all components of the risk management framework.
* Organize and oversee the gathering of data for the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) report, as well as assist in its finalization.
* Manage the quarterly risk and control self-assessment process, including compiling and testing controls and supporting workshops with Risk and Control Owners.
* Facilitate the reporting of Risk Incidents and maintain the Risk Incident Register, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and follow-up on agreed actions.
* Provide support for in-depth examinations conducted by the Enterprise Risk Management function.
* Assist in identifying, analyzing, and reporting new and emerging risks.
* Contribute to the production of risk management reports for internal Committees and Board(s).
* Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including Actuarial, Underwriting, Claims, Operations, and Finance teams, on behalf of Risk, ensuring comprehension, review, and challenge of ORSA requirements within the enterprise risk management framework
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Senior Risk Analyst Insurance
* A proven track record of implementing and embedding Enterprise Risk Management frameworks
* Prior Insurance industry experience within non-life markets
* Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written to articulate key messages to stakeholders.
* Ability to apply initiative and lead tasks
