Job Title: Refrigeration Cleaning Team Leader (Case Maintenance)

Location: Irthlingborough, Northampton

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 45 Hours Per Week (4 Nights, Mon - Thur)

Salary: £29,250 Total Salary + Overtime + Travel Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Refrigeration Cleaning Team Leader (Case Maintenance) to join our team. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team and oversee the delivery of planned refrigeration cleaning and maintenance programmes across multiple retail sites.

This is a nightshift-only position, and we kindly ask that only candidates who can fully commit to a nightshift schedule apply.

Key Responsibilities:

* Demerchandising & remerchandising of the refrigeration units.

* Manage and supervise the Case Maintenance Technician team.

* To ensure refrigeration case maintenance schedules are completed within agreed timescales.

* To work in a manner to support the achievement of company KPIs

* Work with company and customer colleagues to ensure that laid-down standards of quality are maintained at all times.

Qualifications / Experience:

* Experience cleaning or maintenance in the retail industry is desirable.

The ideal candidate:

* Willingness to work night shifts (Essential)

* Speed efficiency whilst maintaining quality of work.

* Customer focused and self motivated.

* Flexible and adaptable attitude to job role.
