What will the Bookkeeper role involve?

Managing bookkeeping for a range of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Preparing management accounts and VAT returns
Assisting with basic accounts preparation
Providing payroll cover when needed
Supporting clients with queries and financial reporting
Working closely with accountants and tax professionals to ensure seamless service delivery

Suitable Candidate for the Bookkeeper Vacancy:

Experience in a similar bookkeeping role within an accountancy practice ideally
Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients
A proactive and organised approach to work
AAT qualified or QBE (qualified by experience)
