? Our client, a leading organisation in the membership industry, is seeking a dynamic Sponsorship Officer to support their team for a temporary period of three months. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a sales-focused role, working with warm leads to secure sponsorship contracts. ?

? Organisation: Membership/Not-for-profit Industry

? Contract Type: Temporary, 3 months

? Hourly rate: £22-£25

⏰ Working Pattern: Full Time, hybrid

? Location: Closest stations are Holborn & Chancery Lane

?Key Responsibilities:?

Manage inbound sponsorship and exhibition queries ?
Contact previous sponsors to secure repeat business ?
Convert warm leads provided by our client's stakeholders into confirmed sponsorship contracts ?
Raise invoices related to sponsorship and exhibition activities ?
Follow up with sponsors and exhibition partners to ensure timely payment ?
Work on contract administration using Adobe Sign ✍️
Conduct sponsor surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement ?
Maintain internal spreadsheets to track the sponsorship pipeline ?
Manage and organise data related to sponsorship activities ?
Support overall sales pipeline management ?
Collaborate with the team to hand over secured contracts for delivery ?✨?Key Experience and Skills:?

Previous sales experience
Previous role in not-for-profit/charity/membership environment ?
Ability to effectively manage warm leads ?
Proven experience in securing repeat business ?
Strong ability to close a sale ?
Confident and capable of holding meetings and negotiating with potential sponsors ?
Proactive and detail-oriented mindset ✨
Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients ??
