Our client is a nationally recognised developer with a group turnover of £1bn+. Undertaking high-volume traditional housing & high-rise apartments for the high-end of the private market.

The need now exists for an experienced Commercial Director to be based out of their office in Surrey.

The ideal candidate would have a stable work history, gained with a recognised main contractor or developer.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £140k - £150k (basic) + full package & bonus system
