Housekeeping Attendant - £28,000 - Central London

Location: Central London
Salary: £29,000 per annum
Hours: 45 hours/week (9-hour shifts including breaks)
Shifts: Flexible, including weekends (6:00 am - 3:00 pm / 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm)

The Opportunity:
An exclusive luxury residential development in Central London is seeking a Housekeeper to join their high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a 5-star environment, maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and delivering outstanding service to residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, refuse spaces, back-of-house, and leisure facilities, ensuring all areas are spotless and organised

Run errands for residents, including rubbish collection, parcel delivery, and dry cleaning services

Conduct regular lobby checks and floor walks to uphold standards

Manage lost and found items, ensuring proper documentation and handover

Use cleaning products effectively and economically, following COSHH guidelines

What You'll Need:

Previous housekeeping experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury residential development

Good knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety processes

High standard of personal presentation

Fluent in English with strong communication skills
