Osenka Recruitment are working with a Groundworks and Civils client based in Pinchbeck, they are recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join their busy team on a permanent bases.
This role will be split between 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home, you'll be provided with all technology to complete your daily administrative tasks.
Working Hours: 08:00 - 16:30 - Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct phone calls
* Write and distribute email, correspondence
* Act as the point of contact for external clients
* Organising of payable invoices
* Provide general support to visitors
* All other administrative daily tasks
Requirement & Skills
* Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
* Working knowledge of office equipment
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
* Attention to detail and problem solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisation skills with the ability to multi task
