Job Title: Ecology Manager (Associate Level)
Location: Remote/Southeast
Salary: Up to £55,000

We are seeking a skilled Ecology Manager to lead exciting and diverse projects across the Southeast and London, while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. As Ecology Manager, you'll oversee a variety of projects, from ecological assessments and habitat surveys to impact evaluations, all while working closely with stakeholders across sectors. You'll also:

Lead fieldwork on protected species and habitats
Produce technical reports that meet CIEEM standards and ensure compliance with environmental regulations
Foster strong client relationships and play a key role in business development and tendering processes
Contribute to marketing efforts to enhance the consultancy's presence in the ecology sectorWhat We're Looking For:

BSc in a relevant field (MSc is a plus)
Significant experience in ecological consultancy (essential)
Strong knowledge of Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG)
Level 2 Bat Licence
Expertise in botany
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle (essential)This is a fully remote position, but you'll be required to attend occasional site visits and meetings, primarily in London and the Southeast. While we don't have a central office, our team stays connected through quarterly meetings and social events in London.
