Job Details
Location: Belfast City Centre
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Salary: £11.59 per hour, paid weekly
Benefits: All bank and public holidays off
Key Responsibilities
Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner.
Providing high-quality administrative support to various departments.
Managing office administration and maintaining effective systems and procedures.
Preparing reports, documents, and proposals for senior staff.
Continuously seeking ways to improve service delivery within the department.
Requirements
Minimum of one year's experience in an administrative role.
5 GCSE Grades A to C that must include Maths and English or equivalent qualification.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
