A modern and innovative organisation working with bespoke specialist technologies to provide exceptional products and services for a range of clientele within the aeronautics and engineering sectors. An SME with 80 staff, you will be responsible for looking after 6 team leaders and 60 production staff.

What will you do as a Production Supervisor?

* Plan and implement schedules, reporting deviations to management

* Promptly address production issues, ensuring KPI targets are met

* Develop SOPs, ensuring adherence and driving continuous improvement

* Conduct daily team briefings and implement training programs

* Support Team Leaders with associate training and ensure accurate shift handovers

* Manage operational budgets and overtime

What do you need as a Production Supervisor?

* A hands on, enthusiastic approach to managing people

* Must have worked with Manufacturing

* Ideal experience in small batch work precision engineering or fabrication

* Knowledge H&S regulations

* Knowledge of compliance and Health & Safety legislation
