Job Duties:
Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Implement HR policies and procedures related to employee relations.
Conduct formal meetings and hearings as necessary.
Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations.
Collaborate with HR team to promote positive employee relations.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience in employee relations.
Strong knowledge of employment law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
CIPD qualification.
Experience working in a unionised environment.
Training in conflict resolution.
Working Conditions:
Based on-site wiht some flexibility to hybrid working
Standard working hours with potential for flexibility.
