Hiring Now – Outreach Tutors Needed in Clacton-on-Sea & Surrounding Areas!

Are you passionate about making a difference in education? New Way Tuition Ltd is looking for dedicated Outreach Tutors to provide English and Maths tuition for Secondary and SEN students in Clacton-on-Sea and nearby areas. Sessions take place in homes, libraries, or schools, supporting those outside mainstream education.

What You’ll Do

? Deliver 1:1 tuition in English and Maths (up to GCSE/Functional Skills)
? Motivate and support students with SEN, SEMH, or those at risk of exclusion
? Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning needs
? Use creative resources and strategies to enhance student engagement

What We’re Looking For

✔ Tutoring or teaching experience (SEN experience is a plus!)
✔ Strong Literacy and Numeracy skills (up to GCSE level)
✔ QTS, QTLS, PGCE, or a relevant degree (preferred but not essential)
✔ Patience, empathy, and great communication skills
✔ An Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
