Data Invoicing Administrator - Part Time

3 to 6 month assignment
Birmingham City Centre
25 hours a week across 5 daysThis is a temporary role for 3-6 months as a minimum, helping the business with their busy workload during the transition of the change of a new system implementation.
Key responsibilities:
Matching invoices to purchase orders on a daily basis, including resolving any discrepancies
Ensuring that invoice documentation for the above is entered into the system correctly
Liaising with various departments to ensure POs are raised and approved
Checking of various invoices and raising purchase orders where requiredCandidate Attributes and Skills:
Previous experience working in a similar role having had exposure to invoices and query resolution
Confident when using Microsoft, particularly Excel
Excellent numerical skills
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask and prioritise appropriately.
