Planning Officer
North West London
My client is recruiting for a Planning Officer based within the local Authority in North West London and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

Continuing professional development in Town Planning
The processing of planning applications
The provision of general planning advice
The processing of planning appeals
Development of planning policy and associated documents
Investigation of breaches and recommendations in respect of planning controlRequirements

Relevant accredited RTPI degree
 Driving Licence
Local Authority experience Contract 

Initial 3 to 6 month ongoing contract with the opportunity to extend 
PAYE via Umbrella 
Monday to Friday
9am to 5pm 
As the role is Local Authority based candidates will be asked to complete an onboarding & compliance checks including DBS & Online training modules prior to starting.
