* Hours: 37.5 hours per week

* Pay: £13.65 per hour (£26,617.50 per annum)

* Mileage: 0.42 pence per mile

* On-Call Pay: £15 on weekdays, £20 on weekends

Role Overview: As a Senior Home Care Supervisor, you will:

* Supervise and support Home Carers, offering guidance and assistance.

* Ensure Quality & Compliance, providing a top-notch service.

* Conduct client reviews, update care plans, and perform risk assessments.

* Maintain high care standards through spot checks and quality visits.

* Liaise with families and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.

Requirements:

* Essential: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Home Carer or Home Care Assistant, must drive and have access to a car. Strong supervisory skills, excellent communication, and high levels of customer service.
