Are you a dynamic Registered Manager who is ready to take on the exciting challenge of establishing and managing a home care start-up? As Registered Manager, you'll work directly with the Director to secure CQC registration, develop operational excellence, and build a compassionate team that provides outstanding care. With a focus on private clients and delivering bespoke care packages, you'll be instrumental in shaping a service that truly stands out.

Your role will include:

Leading the CQC registration process and ensuring compliance.
Recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of dedicated care staff.
Building meaningful relationships within the local community to drive growth.
Developing systems and processes to ensure exceptional service delivery.This is a unique opportunity as Registered Manager to take the reins in a start-up environment, offering you the autonomy and flexibility to make a real impact.
