Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA)
Location: Chester
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday
Contract: Full-time | Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing
Assessing accident damage and producing accurate repair estimates using Audatex

Communicating with insurers, engineers, and customers to ensure smooth approval and repair timelines

Preparing both manual and computerised estimates

Ensuring authorisation for any supplementary repair work

Working to high standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction

Supporting the wider team with technical advice and estimate accuracy

What You’ll Need
Experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor in a bodyshop or accident repair centre

Current Audatex certification

ATA accreditation (preferred, not essential)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general admin duties

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload

Clear, confident communication skills
